Please be aware as all items are hand made and  there will be a delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the time of year. If you require the piece before the stated timescale there will be a £10 surcharge per item.

Please Note: By placing an order with Perfect! Tiaras & Jewellery you are agreeing with the stated Terms & Conditions.

1. Any requested deposits are non-refundable.

2. Any remaining balance due upon completion of your order must be received prior to despatch. Goods will not be sent until full payment has been received.

3. All items made to order are non-refundable and non-returnable (see returns policy below), this does not affect your statutory rights.

4. It remains your responsibility to ensure that you have stated the correct colours from the samples sent before proceeding with your order.

5. Non-specification of colours or additionally requested information such as size requirements etc. will result in a delay. Your 'order start date' will commence from the day payment is received and/or all required information such as colours/dimensions etc. is received.

6. Items which are handmade are subject to slight variation. The photographs shown on this website depict a representation of the completed article.

7. Due to the small components used in the construction of most designs they are unsuitable for small children and should be kept out of reach at all times.

8. Items not made to order must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund excluding any postage and packaging costs. Items eligible for return are marked 'RTG'.

9. Any returned items must be returned in perfect condition along with all relevant packaging and must be returned by recorded delivery. Confirmation of the Royal Mail parcel number is required upon return.

10. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that everything is completed to your satisfaction, if a mistake is made we will rectify the situation without hesitation.

11. Your order may take the full specified make-time listed at the time of ordering. Please do not place an order if you require your item/s sooner than the full specified make-time unless prior agreement has been reached.

12. The listed price is indicative of the type, size and shape of beads/materials listed in each individual description. Any modifications to the required size/shape of beads may affect the price. If in doubt, please e-mail for a quote prior to ordering. We reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable order requests upon receipt.

Delivery Details, Postage & Packing costs

 

  1. Orders totalling £30 or less will be sent via recorded delivery at a cost of £2.50. A signature will be required to accept delivery

  2. Orders totalling £30 - £100 will be sent via Special Delivery at a cost of £5.00. A signature will be required to accept delivery

  3. Orders totalling £100 & above will be sent via special delivery at a cost of £7.00 a signature will be required to accept delivery.

  4. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control

If requested upon despatch of your order an e-mail confirming your Royal Mail parcel number will be sent to enable you to track delivery.
